EU Orders & Deliveries Information
For EU customers, the price you pay at checkout includes all taxes and customs charges - there are no hidden extras. This does mean we have had to increase EU delivery shipping costs, but you will not be charged any other additional fees upon delivery.
Please be aware that there are still extensive delays to international shipping due to the global pandemic. We are unable to guarantee delivery times on these orders.
All delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order, and all of our delivery services are based on a tracked-to-your-door service. Orders with multiple items will cost more than single item orders due to the weight.

When Will Your Order Leave?
As each order is customised/made exactly to your needs, it will take typically 2-4 business days for it to leave our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer.
**Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package, otherwise collection from your postal office or delivery depot will be required.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on which delivery service you have selected, your order will arrive as follows:

UK Tracked Delivery
Sent via UPS Standard to mainland UK. This is a **signed-for service. Delivery is typically within 2 working days from date of dispatch. You will receive an email from UPS which will allow you to redirect the parcel to a time or place of your convenience, or you can arrange for collection at a UPS access point.
EU Tracked Orders
UPS Worldwide DDP is available for countries in the EU and a duty paid service. You will not be charged duty or VAT at the door to receive your goods. This is a **signed-for service using your local service provider or a UPS direct service.
Delivered using USPS which is a **signed-for service.
Delivered using UPS First Class which is a **signed-for service.
Delivered using USPS Tracked which is a **signed-for service.
Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our terms of service, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
